Eighth Annual Big Sky Documentary Film Festival Missoula Montana

8th Big Sky Documentary Film Festival
One Hundred Forty Films, Ten Days.  Most screenings are at the Wilma Theatre, but there will be some overflow into the adjacent Pipestone Mountaineering facility.  Over 1000 films were submitted, only 140 made the cut.  You can see the complete schedule and download a printable document at this LINK

The Kick-off event for the 8th annual film festival is Friday, Feb 11 at 8 pm in The Loft, downtown.

First film to screen is "How To Die in Oregon" at 6:30 pm on Friday, Feb 11.
“How to Die in Oregon” tells the stories of terminally ill Oregonians as they decide whether to end their life under Oregon’s Death with Dignity Act. What emerges is a complex, poignant, and deeply moving portrait of what it means to die at the time and circumstance of one’s choosing.
